Review content:
In my search for a new PCP, I went to see Dr. Martin Frantz. I was greeted with long waiting times in the lobby and exam room, rude and cold staff, and the Doctor spent a total of 4 minutes in the room. My "exam" was poor and rushed, and the Doctor didn't even write the right name down on my script. I was told by the doctor he would call me within three days with my test results, and after the 5th day, I had to call his office three different times before receiving my results from an assistant who's response to my questions was: "if you have more questions, you should make another appointment." I received extremely poor service from this Doctor and his staff.
