there are two dogs here in wheatland Mo. that are being neglected they are both skinny and the ribs are showing. the owners do not care. one lives on main and 2nd Ave. the other dog lives behind bullseye off of 54hwy. please help these dogs in need. the owners should not have animals if they are not going to take care of them thank you
