Review content:
The store is a rip off. I walked in needing to have a screen on my laptop repaired. There was one other person there, so I waited my turn. A man by the name of Steve let me know he would be right with me... Great! After waiting 10 minutes, I realized he was going no where fast. I actually had to sit there and listen to this guy babble on and on about some biker thing. I had to take a double take, and make sure I was in the right store. After waiting a few MORE biking involved minutes, he finally got to me. He tried to rip me off for $249 to repair a screen! Gave me some load of crap about how "work intensive" it was. For those of you who don't know, it's literally 6-10 screws, pop off a cover and replace the screen. I was being lazy and just wanted someone else to do it. Well, needless to say, after hearing his price I was turned off. When I was about to leave, he almost begged me...BEGGED ME to stay offering 2 discounts amounting both to about $40 off his original price. Hard work out the window huh? The whole thing was a turn off and I got a bad vibe from him.... they should change their name to "Pay through the nose computer repair" Disgusting
