The brisket is smoked in a B.B.Q. that resembles a six gun that is displayed on the sidewalk. The Mesquite smoke is ascending from the barrel of the gun which has also been given the nick name of THE SMOKING GUN RESTAURANT. In addition to the restaurant there
is a honky tonk bar with live music featuring the proprietor Dub Franklin AKA Willie Dub Franklin (Willie Nelson) look alike, to entertain you with live country music with his invited musician friends at THE HOLE IN THE WALL SALOON.
