Review content:
First Experience: Ok, so in October of 2004, we wanted to look at a van they had posted online. We called in advance to get some info on it. We got there, ofcourse the caravan is the base model, exactly not what we were looking for. Ofcourse they had a couple of other vans we "might be interested in." We checked them out, and ended up driving one home, a really nice 2004 Chrylser Town & Country. My husbands idea. That overall experience is what I would call average. I have had various dealers tell me that they had a certain vehicle still on their lot, and when we get there it's "Oh, we must have sold it, would you like to look at....." We actually loved the Town Country Van.
Second experience: Even thought we loved our T &C, it had a couple of problems. Since it was still under warranty, we took it back to Bill Pierre to have it serviced. Their Service department sucks. They are very friendly and helpful taking appointments and helping you with the warranty people. But their mechanics suck. It took 4 trips to the service department to fix the problem. I would drive it home and still hear the knocking sound they were suppose to have fixed. Then the straw that broke the camel's back was when the mechanic forgot to put in the large bolt that attached the wheel to something very important(I don't know all the technical terms). Now, along with the knocking sound there was a grinding sound after picking it up from Bill Pierre. That metal piece that was suppose to be bolted could have gotten stuck in the wheel while driving ad cause a serious accident! The guy who handles the appointments was very upset about this, and ofcourse they fixed it right away!
Third experience: We actually Totalled the van we bought from Bill Pierre on christmas 2005. Fun Stuff. So since I really liked my van, I started to look online again for another Town & Country. Found a couple, called bill pierre up, they said "stop by we will have it out front for you". I get there, no one knows what I am talking about. They cannot even find the van I had called about. Disappointed, I went home without a van. They tried to show me several others, but they were not vans I had found online with all the specifications we wanted. They lost a sale that day.
I won't buy another vehicle there again.
