From start to finish, it was a great experience (and we've had our share of bad experiences). Thank you for all your help finding the right windows for our home, working with us on price and addressing each one of our concerns (from the plastic hardware to the kitchen window to the trim). I know we had a laundry list of questions and concerns...but because you, Brandi, Kim and Mike patiently addressed each one of them, we were well informed and had confidence we were making the right decision.?
