Review content:
As a women I find it difficult to find gifts for my husband, father, and uncles. They are never helpful with suggestions and are to picky for clothes. So here are a few suggestions for the men on your list.
Husband:
Ring - A new trend in men's jewelry is sterlin silver rings. Sterling silver is fairly inexpensive and is great for the guy who has a handson job. My husband is an HVAC Tech and is on his fourth wedding band because the gold just does not hold up under wear and he rufuses to go without. I finally bought him a $99 sterling silver ring and so far it is holding up great. It has not bent out of shape and only has minor scratches.
Home theater - Men love electronics or at least all the ones I know do! Home theater systems with a DVD player included can be bought for as little as $59.99. There are new systems that have a one cord set up that are a bit more expensive, however it is hassle free and for many that is a requirement.
Father:
Restaurant Gift Certificate - I try to avoid giving just a gift certificate, but when it comes to food I think that rule doen't apply. Everyone needs a night out and being retired means Dad has less money to enjoy a great night out. Punch a hole in one end of the giftcard and hang the card from a nice bottle of wine.
Tickets - My father loves theater, but he will rarely spend the money to go himself. Tickets to the symphony, ballet, or stage productions are always well received. Not into the symphony or ballet? Buy football, baseball, or other sports tickets. Tickets are fun to give in a travel mug that has the teams logo, insert the tickets inside and hang a gifttag from the handle.
Uncle:
Military - Many of my family members have been in the military and they are all still very proud of the branch they served for. You can find socks, watches, posters, clothing, etc. all with a military logo. What proud serviceman wouldn't love another item to show off their pride?
Hotel Stay - My uncle never takes a vacation without a lot of poking and proding from his wife. Last year I gave him a two night stay and a local hotel that had a pool and restaurant. He enjoyed his mini vacation so much he asked for the same thing this year! The hotel was a local two star hotel with complimentary breakfast for just $64.99 a night.
All Men:
I love to shop Amazon dot com. I can find something for everyone on my list male or female and they have great prices. Amazon is easy to shop and the selection is huge.
