I have a Jacques Edho watch that I love. This model hasn't been produced for years, is quite distinctive, and I broke the crystal a few years back. I really wanted that watch fixed and finally took it to Watch The Time based on reviews I read. The gentleman that owns it, Sevag "Steve", was a gem. He went downtown and found a crystal so close I couldn't tell the difference. When he was done the watch I almost threw away looked like new. Ready for this? Complete job including the crystal and a new battery, $20. I bought his best leather watch band with retaining pins, $10. Total cost $30! Turnaround time, 24 hours! He has another customer for life!
