Review content:
I have a hand made drop-cast ring that I have worn since 1980. The back of the band had worn through due to constant wear. The jeweler at Gem in the box did an excellent repair that flowed seamlessly into the design of the ring. This ring has great sentimental value to me because it is made from metal from my grandmother's old ring and a diamond from her old ring, plus I was able to observe it being made. Excellent attentive service without "hovering". I have been back since for other items.
