i need my electric turned back on. i have a bad bill from a long time ago,and it keeps me from getting it turned on. my husband left me and our three little children.it was in his name. now we are out of electric and the power co. will not work with us.so we stay wherever and we are unwelcome and i need help. the organizations that work with scp are not able to give enough to help us. it is getting cold and i am scared. it has ruined my life.i cant change the old bill..but i also cant do anything to pay it.seems so uncaring.
