Review content:
Target has become my favorite store. They just opened a new location near me in the past year which got me visiting them more often. They often have interesting items for the home and a good selection of toys. They have decent retail prices as well. I have found their prices are fair in relation to Wal-mart and other stores.
However, my favorite part of Target has become their clearance section! While I have to look for them, they don't have one aisle dedicated to it, it's worth it. I end up getting lots of exercise in walking! What I have found is while other stores do a very slow clearance of items, Target decides they will clearance items and they mean it! They begin as low as 15-30%, then go to 50%, 75% and then 90% if left. I have found that their clearance prices go quickly.
They also have a great dollar spot and have recently added to the spot some items 2/$5. This section gets clearanced frequently and it begins at 50% and is gone within 2 weeks of the first day of clearance.
