I'm not real happy with these folks. Sure, I've got a weird prescription: bifocals with a touch of prism in the right lens. Glasses in an hour? Not on your life. Glasses in a day or two? Try again. How does glasses in two weeks grab you? After spending $400 on two pairs or glasses, they tell me that, for progressive bifocals, it'll be two weeks, we'll call you. They did give me a set of single-vision lenses for free to use while waiting on the bifocals, though. After almost 3 weeks and no call, I go in to find they just didn't call at all. Couldn't even find me in the computer, they'd spelled my name wrong. (Certainly didn't affect the charges to my credit card!) Took my glasses and ground the lenses to fit, gave them back, wore them for a day, couldn't figure out why I was seeing double. Brought them back, asked them to verify the prescription, found the lab had sent lenses with prism out instead of in. Now it's 2 more weeks for another set of lenses to come. I expect they'll be wrong, too. They may be okay for kids glasses, but beware if you need anything today!
