I just wanted to let you know of the horrible customer service that I had with SBC the csr I had should be fired! she caused me to change my service while I was still under a contract for my internet-she was so hateful over the phone she did not want to listen to anything I had to say and when I asked to speak to a supervisior she would say she was the supervisior and I just got so mad at her I told her to cancel my phone and everything immediately! she did not care a bit- I just hate dealing with companies like that they don't take enough time to train their people(you are as good as your people in my book) I called cox and hooked up my service with them and they offered discounts etc. seem to be happy gaing my business:)
