Lowe's: good concept, poor execution. What is it about this store. It pretty much doesn't matter which location you visit, however, I'm only reviewing this address at this time. I'd suggest that they're customer service is bad, but I find that's an understatement, since it's actually non-existent. They sell a great product, who am I kidding. Well...actually the products sell themselves, because there's rarely anyone around to help you. In my most recent visit I waited approximately 10 minutes in the window treatment department. I noticed two customers ahead of me who weren't being helped either. First I noticed someone headed in the direction of the aisle where I stood and asked her for assistance. She promptly stopped what she was doing and told me she'd go page someone. She went...but I'm not sure where. No one was ever paged. I waited again and while at the front desk asking them to page for someone, I noticed the first person now helping someone else. In the meantime the front desk person told me that essentially there was no one to help me because someone had called in sick. Eventually someone came over, but don't hold your breath, they were coming over to advise me that they were going to be a while because they were helping someone in a different department. I interrupted with my question anyway; a question that only required a yes or a no and I left the store. Before leaving I mentioned that the other two people in the aisle had been waiting longer than I had. His response: 'I know."
