Review content:
Let me assure you right from the start that what I've used as a title is my own doing and not at all influenced by the wonderful father and son team who take care of our taxes--just as they've done for years.
My folks have had Adonis "Don" Thomas for their CPA since forever. Recently, Don's son, Tim, has started taking over the reins.
Things are different than they used to be.
At one time, my very capable dad was in the picture, but he passed on in 2004. Even in 2003, he spent most of his last year on earth in a nursing home.
So, it's just my mom and me plugging away--and we, often, get lost and confused about things such as this.
Fortunately for us, we're in kind and capable hands with both Don and Tim, and they're very efficient at helping us to get the job done when it comes to getting our taxes paid.
Their office suite on the third floor of the Key Bank building in downtown Anderson has a gentle warmth and friendliness about it that goes well with the warmth and friendliness of Don and Tim.
In either of their offices, you're treated to a panoramic view of the north side of the downtown area.
During what is, naturally, a stressful time (trying to figure how much money we owe Uncle Sam) the stress is reduced almost completely just by the surroundings we're in and, even more so, by the gentlemen who are helping us to get it all together.
If you're new in Anderson and looking for a CPA, let me highly recommend Don and Tim for making taxpaying time much more warm and fuzzy.
