On 09-21-06, my co-worker and I came to your establishment thing it would be a good idea for a quick lunch and great tasting food. I had never been to Chili's before; I aggreed to come along. Unfortortunately, we arrived between 11:50 and 12:00. We were a group of seven and were seated immediately. We placed our orders which we all order some type of salad, thinking it would receive our order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we were waiting for over an hour to be served only SALADS. I ordered coffee and by the time the waitress came back it was cold. So I had to request another cup hoping it would be hotter. Nevertheless, we received our order and was unable to eat nor to really enjoy what we had ordered, We had to take a few bites and rush back in order to make to our meeting on time for our company training which by the way we were 15 MINUTES LATE. I want to tell you that this was the most embarrasing moment of my life. I wonder what if I decide to come back and bring my family and other coworker or etc, how would the service be?
