Review content:
The Apollo Grill is certainly one of Bethlehem's best restaurants; actually, not just Bethlehem, but the entire Lehigh Valley! I have enjoyed a number of meals there and have never been disappointed by either the staff or the food. Having sampled a number of salads, appetizers and entrees from the menu, I'll make no specific suggestions and say you should order what you like! :-)
Remember, though, reservations are, if not a must, a really, really good idea! Call as early as possible for the best choice of dinner times!
