Businiess name:  Donna Lee Studio of Dance

Review content:
My daughter attended this school for two years; unfotunately, she learned very little. ln the beginning of her second year, I asked both her instructor and a staff member if I should enrolled her in more than a once-a-week lesson, to my surprise they said 'she really does not needed!; however, other parents were given green lights to have their children participate in more than one class. l personally witness an incidence where an enthusiastic little girl wanted almost begged for an additional class and the staff member rather rudely told her 'you can't period' the girl's mother and l looked at each other in total confusion#$%^&* my heart went out to her (talk about chattering a child's dream, oouuch!) That's when l slowly started to realize that the entire school staff and instructors have their 'own crowd', and/or 'people they favor' while the rest of the parents/children are left out or are not even acknowledge, specially if you are latino or black. I trully WISHED I was the only one feeling this way but I'm not, I've heard other parents express the same concern, regrettably for us parents there's not many school of dance/music to choose from here in Homestead so we are kind of stuck. I'll mentioned an incidense that happened to me at Donna Lee studio. I gave a small contribution of a hundred dollars a year ago to the school I never got a thank you note, my husband and l have always made donations to different causes around the world and always, and l mean always had a response from somenone from even the most remote part of this planet! Donna Lee's non-response needless to say leaves a bad impression on the kind of people running this school.
