Review content:
Grocery shopping is a big deal to me. I get excited watching the ads, comparing prices, and getting the best deal. I've discovered that it's difficult to find smaller, local grocery stores with good prices AND good selection. After a recent trip to another state where the small, non-national chain stores, have pretty low prices, but not much to choose from, I really appreciate the options I have. Macey's is a great store with family values and good prices. You can find most any brand you are looking for. The produce section is very good. I don't care for their generic line (Western Family) very much, but there are some things that are fine.
Their sales ads come out every week. They have lots of great deals weekly, but the ad is poorly organized and can make it difficult to plan your shopping trip.
Overall, it's a great store with a good selection, including local favorites.
