One day my computer died, so I brought it to Best Buy for repair. They said the motherboard was defective, and that I needed to buy a brand new computer. I asked them if they could save any of my files on the hard drive, and they said no, that the entire computer was shot (and I was devistated). A friend of mine told me about IHHD, that I should bring it in and have them check it out. IHHD said they could replace the motherboard, and most likely save everything that was on my hard drive. About 3 days later, I got my computer back, and it was like new! All my files were still there, and my computer is even faster now. The price for repair was very reasonable, and they even cleaned out the dust/removed spyware/added anti-virus software as well! They took the time to answer all my questions, and offered advice on how to keep my computer running smoothly too. I couldn't be happier! I'd recommend IHHD to anyone how needs to have their computer repaired - forget about the Geek Squad!
