Businiess name:  Chez Shea
Review by:  Tabitha B.
Review content:
Chez Shea is upscale and absolutely fabulous on all counts. The interior is romantic and cozy. Watching the sun set with Pike's Place Market as your foreground, and the wide expanse of the Puget Sound as your background is simply amazing. The food is incredible. For an upscale place, it's the opposite of pretentious. Make reservations in advance. They usually have a chef's tasting menu which is a Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings (if you please). They also let you select your courses from an a la carte menu if the Prix Fixe doesn't suit you. I usually go that route since I don't eat beef - which often shows up in one or more of the courses. The three times that I've been there have been the best three meals of my life. Romantic, tasty, spectacular.
