I try to look at the positive in this world but I could see nothing positive about my experience with this company! They were rude, arrogant, and if you ask me, incompetent. I purchase a used laptop from them (never buy a used laptop!) and when I got it home it wouldn't connect to the internet (among other things that were wrong with it) - when I called them to ask for some assistance, they were rude and they told me "all sales are final" and there would be an additional charge for them to come out and fix it. I called a friend of mine who came over and hit a button or two and viola, I was on the internet! Why couldn't they have told me to do that over the phone?
