I just read a personal account on Craigslist -- someone had a coupon advertising manicure, pedicure, and massage for $45.00 -- so obviously this person used the coupon -- said she called and told them over the phone she had a coupon, showed it to them upon arrival (no one said anything either time) and then, after all was done and she went to pay, Marlana charged the card $145.00. When customer complained, Marlana said that the coupon was a misprint, surely customer wouldn't have expected all that service for $45?
Bait-and-switch:false advertising. On this Craigslist complaint alone, I would never reccommend the place.
