Review content:
It's "free" local news that I get even after asking them to stop delivering it to me. Yes, they stopped for a few months each time I've asked, but here it is again, a few blurbs about the local minutia as a wrapping for an advertisement section that seems almost as large.
I'd call them up and say "I understand that you need to keep your circulation numbers up so that you may sell more ads, but could you just ask your delivery people to put it into my recycling bin for me?" However, if I can't even get them to stop delivering why should I expect such a thing?
If I actually cared about what the city does, I might give this publication three stars, perhaps even a fourth for their fair and balanced approach. But it's a nuisance, it's one more piece of junk mail that I have to pick up and throw into the recycling bin.
