Review content:
If I do say so myself, this place has the best sushi around. The sushi is always impeccably fresh and the rolls are inventive (and they rotate unique special rolls daily). They are a bit more pricey than most sushi places but it is worth it for the great service, the proximity to excellent chefs, and the amazing selection of fresh fishes you won't find elsewhere.
This place is one of the few who consistently does excellent eel without a hint of fishiness. They also use real ocean crab instead of fake in all rolls which call for it (including california rolls). And their volcano roll is perfection! Not too spicy, not too mayonnaisey, just deliciously broiled salmon and conch on top of the california roll. They also pimp out their salmon belly delicacies (at market pricing, of course).
They are in a small place, and it looks just like the West Palm location inside, with uncomfortable metal chairs at little tables, or sitting at the sushi bar.
Some favorites: release roll (spicy white tuna), flying eel roll, firecracker roll, sexy simon roll. If a special interests you, it's best to try it. I've never gone wrong here, but I've gone close to broke!
