I started with a fitness program of kickboxing and strength training then moved into self defense by taking a specialized training course called 'C.O.B.R.A.' After graduation I enrolled in the mixed martial arts program of Karate, Kickboxing and Aikido. This place is incredible; everything you could want all under one roof. There is an after school program for the kids too... Call or stop by and get a VIP pass for a week and try out the classes for free. Tell them Judy sent you.
