Took my 10 yr old son there a while back, who never had a bad dentist trip until this. Never saw an actual dentist in 5+ visits. Each visit had to be rescheduled or they had some excuse why a real dentist wasn't available. They wanted us to make one visit for cleaning and another visit for a checkup -- incompetent! Each visit, they took impressions of my son's mouth (not fun!) to see if he needed braces. But, they refused to tell me if he did. He would come out almost crying each time. Went to a competent orthodontist (Allen Garai) and dentist (Mike Ternisky) who said that my son was well overdue for some serious dental care. My son has had very positive experiences with these competent professionals and I highly recommend them.
