My Jeep Cherokee was backed into. Ed from Schaumburg Auto body was so good. I had trouble getting the car to him, so he picked it up and dropped it off for me. Not only was the dent removed, paint matched perfectly, but my AC needed recharging and it was done as well as a clean up of the interior.
I never expected anything like what I got here. I doubt it's "normal", but they will go to the extra mile if you treat them right too.
