We recently bought our first home and being very uneducated about home buying we went with a realtor that the bank recommended -- she was AWFUL. She wouldn't show me houses in the price that we wanted to pay, only ones for far more than we felt we could afford. She called everything in our price range a "dump" so we started looking for another Realtor!
A friend recommended Linda Easley and she was so much more accomodating, very fast with searches, available to look at homes when we could find time to look too -- patient with my need to drag three small children along with me -- and enthusiastic about homes in our price range!
When we found our house (not a dump and in our price range, thank you very much!) She handled all the work, found us a lender with a better interest rate, dealt with some pretty hard to deal with sellers and was genuinely happy for us -- What more can you ask for??
