Just walking by the window of Phelan flower shop makes me smile. They have beautiful arrangments of flowers and roses and cute stuffed animals everywhere! The service is just as great as the atmosphere, friendly and extremely helpful! They make great suggestions and if you need help they are happy to be the ones to help you. Great prices and quality items, gifts im sure anyone would love to recieve! The flowers are fresh all the time and so is the candy, yum! Very clean too!
