Review content:
Well, when I knew for sure my sister and her three kids were coming into town for 9 days, we knew we needed a mini van to get us all around in. We first went to Budget Rental Car in the Spokane Airport. They gave us a GREAT price, the lowest we had found. So, we made the reservations and gave them our deposit for the vehicle.
Four days later they called and told us that they were going to have to CANCEL our reservation becasue there were no longer any mini vans available for the dates we needed. WHY on earth would they even take our reservation and deposit then?
The person we spoke to on the phone about the cancelation was down right RUDE. And wouldn't even answer the simple question: WHY?
Needless to say, we had to scramble to find another rental in enough time! Thankfully we found AVIS http://www.judysbook.com/members/4151/posts/2006/8/419785/ and ended up with the vehicle we needed!
