I have been with Regions Bank, since January 2004. When I left Louisiana, I was happy to find that there was a branch bank 30 miles from me, in case I ever needed anything I have a Platinum debit card, and now I have a personal loan, and a CD there Everyone knows me, knows my credit STINKS.... I have been banging my head for the last month trying to figure out a way to overcome the problem. Regiona had a solution, and if it worked for me, it should work for anyone, My credit is so bad, I do not even have a credit score number. the solution is.... your bank loans you $1,000 you never touch the money, it goes into a CD to secure the loan. you set it up where the bank deducts the money from your checking account automatically..... no late payments, no lost in the mail...... very secure for the bank at the end of the 18 months, you have the $1,000, plus interest you get the loan for $60.00 a month, for 18 months..... thats 2 bucks a day.... after 18 months, you have an 18 month record of good payments with the 3 credit bureaus. from there, you should be able to do whatever you want within reason seems too easy..... you will have to have a magnetic personality like I do to charm the bank manager.... she had to override the computer for the loan to go through. Finally.. someone is willing to help me fix my credit..... the benefits are priceless thanks go to Mary Ann, the loan officer, and assistant manager of the branch, and to Salleye, the manager. Heres to many happy years together as bank and customer
