Mr. Macias' quotes comes in about in the middle range ... not too high, not too low. Based on his reviews and his rating on the BBB I decided to go with him. The one thing that irritated me was that after I had my roof torn off, I had to renegotiate the pricing based on the fact that I had to replace a lot of my wood on the roof. He ended up charging me an additional $3500 to make my roof replacement for a 1-story 1500 sq ft home to $10K. Thanks for caring so much about us first time home buyers. I am now working a second job at Bed Bath and Beyond on the weekends. I would think twice before going with Mr. Macias and Alpha Omega Roofing. FYI - I never even saw the guy. I only worked with all his subcontractors. I wish I went directly through the subcontractors instead. I think its best to get a referral. Contractors ... you gotta admire their cut-throat-ness. I can never be like that. Pros: Well coordinated effort with multiple subcontractors Cons: Comes in with a low quote and then renegotiates midway thru
