Last year I bought a brand new kitchen appliance set, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and a laundry center.
The dishwasher stopped working within 3 months, I have had repair after repair and the only thing that hasn't been replaced is the housing itself!
Polk Appliance is the 2nd company that has been assigned this task by Frigidaire. I have to say that they have been very understanding. Today they replaced the circuit board--for the 2nd time.
I know that they are trying to do the best they can with the information they receive from Frigidaire and understand the frustration I feel. I have it running now with the new board in place...........hope it goes through the entire cycle.
My kudos to Polk for trying to resolve this problem for me so diligently.
