I've been to Old Navy in Janesville alot in the past few months, and I've always been treated great! I've made both purchases and returns there several times with no problems. I've asked for advice on clothing and the staff is always willing to help. The only bad experience in general I have with Old Navy is their online billing system (for Old Navy credit card holders). I would recommend just mailing your bills the old-fashioned way.
