If you miss out on this specialty cuisine, you must pass go and NEVER EVER collect $200...
My Father and Step Mom first introduced me to this quiet treasure of delicacies. The dining service is always impeccable, compliments of Jessie. The food is always on top of their game. Although the wait time for their tasty creations might not be always quickly received. I assure you the wait (if so) is sooo worth your time regardless.
Paying it forward, I have introduced many of my selective food critic friends to Talay Thai and to Jessie. Jessie is always a more than gracious host/ server while offering dining selections, as well as providing good humor, charm, and honesty, not to mention her serving attentiveness. Talay's specialty of cuisine is more accurate and more appealing than Annapolis or DC Thai restaurants (as mentioned to me by my die-hard Thai friends).
My ultimate suggestion is their Sea Bass served with noodles - whether it is represented on the menu or not. Ask for this by name, and Jessie will agree what a favorite it is indeed. The portions are enough to keep your tummy delighted while your strolling the rest of Fells Point.
