I bought a pool table there for $2,500.00. The guys came over and installed it. The cushions were dead! I called them and they swung by to check it out with some other guy, supposedly the manager or something... He shot the ball around the pool table and said they were fine... I explained to him how the cushions the Boulevard Billiards are bouncy and how the one I got was nothing even close to that! He said sorry and left. I called again and spoke with some lady who then told me my warranty is voided! I said "what?" and then "why?". She said I tampered with the table or something. My God. I cannot believe this! Talk about getting ripped off. I've had the table now for about 2 years now and haven't played on it since then... I don't know what to do and feel very sorry about it...
