Normally, I LOVE Dairy Queen... Nothing beats a Blizzard! However, this is the worst DQ I've ever been to. The first time I went, my Blizzard was very bland--it had very, very few candy pieces in it and was not thoroughly mixed--and my chili dog was cold. But the second time reinforced my bad feelings about the place. My Blizzard was okay, but my boyfriend's chocolate shake was SOUR. He took a sip and had to spit it out. We went back in and complained to some highly unprofessional staff. At first they argued about it, saying it was fine and we were mistaken. Finally, we convinced them to take a sip of it and they too realized how terrible it was... The two servers began coughing and laughing about how much it tasted like s***. While I'm glad they believed us, they were extremely unprofessional about it. The went on to rant about how their shake mix must have been spoiled. Spoiled! They fixed my boyfriend a new shake by hand, using only chocolate syrup, and apologized sincerely. Even though they did make amends, I was thoroughly disgusted by their unprofessional attitudes and their obvious irresponsibility with the ingredients and health codes. I won't go back.
