This is a mortgage house. My representative or loan officer was Kathleen E. Brewer. Ms. Brewer did some work for my aunt so I thought I would give her a try. Well she was very helpful. I refinanced my home with her help. Kathleen is very consensuses about her work. Her phone is always on and she is easy to reach. I decided to refinance in the middle of the month so we had a lot of work to do in a hurry. I had a guy come in to give me an estimate on my house and then we had to sign tons of papers. Thanks to Kathleen I have a lower interest rate. I also have a smaller payment. When it came time to sign the papers she came to my house. Kathleen explained each and every paper I signed with great care. I understood everything clearly when she got done. She also set up for the closing person to come to my house and do the closing instead of me going into the office. I could not have asked for a better loan officer. I know they are working for the interest of the bank but she did get me one great deal. If you are in Baltimore area and are looking into refinancing give her a call and see if she can help you. I know she will work with you to get you the best deal out there and with the price of housing now days you need a little help. I have a little extra money thanks to her per month.
