Review content:
I responded to a flyer that offered dental consult, xrays, cleaning and a "free" teeth whitening tray. After reviewing my xrays they informed me that I needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost $1,075. I informed them that I could not pay for a deep cleaning at that time. When they discovered I didn't have dental insurance they were very quick to dismiss me as a patient. I asked them to please preform the regular cleaning that I was scheduled. The dental assistant reluctantly proceeded to clean my teeth for approx. 10 mins. I paid for my office visit and went back to pick up my whitening tray a week later and was told that I owed an additional $85 before they would give me my "free" tray. This is a typical "bait & swich" operation. When I asked for my records so I could shop around for the best price for deep cleaning they seemed very offended. All services offered were very over priced so if you are paying for your own dental care I suggest going somewhere else.
