Knows what he is doing, honest, I had Jon Acord come to fix a nasty virus that my and both my kids laptops had, he actually had all 3 laptops set up on table in front of him running scans and cleaning all 3 at once, jumping from one to the other. He told me he gets bored just working on one, unless its a really really tough problem. The techs I used to use, refused to work on 2 machines at the same time. He also did little things to optimize the computers, really sped them up. I was impressed and regardless of advertised prices of the other companies. JRA Computer was normally by far the lowest cost in the end.
