I was speechless when I went to the room. I thought to myself that a $84 hotel room couldn't be so bad. And it looked okay from the outside. First of all their customer service is pretty bad. They are not happy and sigh endlessly.. but the WORSE part was: The bathroom was so filthy, the toilet had stains all over it. Bathtub was gray. And to top all that off: I pull off the covers and I saw stained yellow pillowcases with all this hair on it. And the hairs looked like they were from different people. The sheets were "OFF white" and I was repulsed. The towels had gray dirt marks like they cleaned with them and then left them for your use. I called the front desk, she said oh yea, let me see if I can bring some sheets for you to change. And the only good thing is that she agreed to give me a refund so hopefully we will see when the bill comes. STAY AWAY! I cannot believe the filth they leave their rooms in? AHHH!
