Dr. Michelle Polon is the DO at Good Health Family Medicine. She is a different kind of doctor. You notice the difference when you first enter her office. There is a sofa and comfy chairs to great you, along with her brother who mans the front desk. You're greated with a smile and feel welcome immediately. When you go back to the examine rooms, you'll notice each room has it's own "feel" each is painted a different colors and they are warm colors. You feel like you're in someone's home as opposed to a medical office. It's very easy to relax and trust what the doctor tells you. Her nurses are fabulous, friendly and efficient. One of the best aspects of the visit is the low wait time. I've visisted some medical offices in Erie where it's typical to sit in the waiting room over an hour just to be taken back to wait more in an exam room. At Dr. Polon's, I've not waited more than 5 minutes. Someone knows what they're doing when it comes to scheduling. Switching to her office was one of the best moves I've made!
