Review content:
This suncoast is in the coventry mall. I almost never go to this mall even though it is only a few minutes from me. Today I had to go and couldnt make the trip to King of Prussia so off to the Coventry Mall went my daughter and I.
I thought i'd make a quick stop at suncoast to pick up a dvd i wanted that just came out. So much for quick stop! There was only 2 people ahead of me and the clerks couldnt even complete the sale in a timely fashion. I had to stand in line for twenty minutes for only two people in front of me!!!
Thats really unacceptable. And many people in the line who hadnt waited nearly as long as me were just as angry at being made to wait so long. The cashier I got was really nice but the staff there is just not competent. Niceness only makes up so much for incompetency.
