Review content:
There are never any surprises here - which I like. The food, service, atmosphere is always the same. I am never disappointed. The wait staff is usually very chipper and have a great humor about them. If you try to get in on a weekend night there is usually a 25-45 minute wait (but this is true for ANY restaurant in Valdosta - especially the national chains).
I have also been impressed with the management. A companion and I got accidentally crossed of the list and were not seated when we should have been. The manager found out, came out and got us, personally seated us and checked on us a few times while we were there. For a chain, I definitely recommend.
