Review content:
I took my mom to Dr First to evaluate and remove two lumps she had in her mouth. She is hard of hearing and he took the time with her to make her understand what she needed to have done. She was not scheduled to have surgery that day but because he had the time, he was able to do it the same day. His staff were great and everything was explained in great detail before it was done. Her insurance coverage was checked and all fees were explained before doing any procedure. I would not hesitate to refer any of my family or friends to his office. I give them credit for a well run office, the cleanest I have seen in a while. All the staff, from the front to the back were very professional but at the same time made you feel at home. They have a wow factor of 10.
