Review content:
A group of co-workers and I visited the spa for a day of pampering and were very disappointed. Point blank it sucked. I had been here a few years ago and had a wonderful experience, but something has definately changed. The service was rushed, they were not able to give us all the services scheduled, they cut my facial short and rushed through the process. It was more of a good face washing than a facial. I have been to many spa's in fact our group goes every three months and I have never been somewhere where they continually turn the water on/off during the facial. I thought maybe she was back there doing dishes. Although two of our ladies had spent over $150 dollars because they got a retreat package they did not get a robe, they sat around in their street clothes, how relaxing is that. It was disaster I will not be back.
