Review content:
I didn't have the greatest experience with the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital. The hours are first-come, first-serve. I felt that I had to wait for too long before I had contact with the vet.
I also didn't feel that the customer service that I experienced was adequate. During my visits, I felt the staff didn't acknowledge me as I came in and spent more time talking amongst themselves than attending to the clients.
I originally had complaints about the medical care that my cat received but I was contacted by the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital and it was suggested that I remove it. Although what I stated was what I understood from the appointments, I don't have the time to deal with a lawsuit. As such, my criticisms of the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital are limited to the customer service and wait times.
