I was so excited to go have a day at the spa. When I arrived for my 11am appointment, I was sent to the waiting area where I set for 30 minutes until someone asked me what I was waiting for...turns out my first service wasn't scheduled til 11:45am. Meanwhile, as I'm waiting, it's freezing in the waiting area. This is the area where you wait before and between services. It was not very peaceful and it was FREEZING!! Not very relaxing when I paid for a relaxing day at the spa. I had to change clothes between each service. At other spas, you usually change into a robe and where your robe all day. They should try to serve tea or something in the waiting area, turn the lights down, and have some candles. And give people some robes for god sake. The services were good...but the overall experience was very dissapointing. Then, they charged our credit card twice and took 5 weeks to correct. And where were all the snacks and wine they said they were going to have when I made my appointment? :| Pros: talented staff Cons: poor ambiance and poor administration
