Review content:
I would like to say H.O.P.S Brewery here in Bradenton , Fl. is a wonderful place to eat. They make their own beer right there in the restaurant and their steaka are to die for! One thing though.. For some reason EVERY time i go there they somehow forget how to cook my meal. Not once have they cooked my Steak right. Don't get me wrong i still Ate it. BUT the fact of the matter is that they either make it to where blood is running out or to the point i'm crunching on the steak. All i want is a steak that is cooked MEDIUM -WELL... no blood, slightly pink and not Burnt. How hard is that? Besides that, their food is awesome. I usually get the same thing A 9 z brewmaster steak with potatoe soup and their mashed potatoes! UMMMM what a meal to get.! so that is why i'm giving them 3 stars, maybe next time my steak will be "JUST RIGHT!"
